"On the Waterfront" is a collection of images of Newcastle taken over a four year period and depicts or interprets aspects of the  shoreline in a way that would not always be immediately obvious to the casual observer. Sometimes, it was simply the action of capturing a momentary event or weather condition.  At other times, the images were created using various camera techniques to accentuate motion, soften the image or change the textures. Everything in the landscape is open to interpretation and the constantly changing light and mood can provide a broader palette from which to create new pieces of art.
